Local Initiatives

If you’re interested in joining the Love in Action team we meet every Wednesday 7pm at SOUL church to go on outreaches. We’d love to see you there! Please contact lia@soulchurch.com for more info.

SOUL Streets

The SOUL Streets team goes out onto the streets of Norwich and provides food and hot drinks to the vulnerable homeless community.

This elderly outreach initiative is connected with a local care home where we frequently visit residents with an aim towards making them feel loved and valued.

We are running a monthly outreach program where we aim to equip, empower and love these young adults to help them achieve their potential and know the tangible love of Christ.

SOUL Support

In Norwich there are around 600 sex workers and escorts. They’re often lonely and scared with no support network or safe way out of the sex industry. We aim to offer friendship and support and, most of all, a non-judgemental listening ear. We have connected with a local project and join them on outreaches and at their drop in centre.

SOUL Prison

We visit our local prison, Norwich, regularly to run services. We have great attendance and have seen many come to salvation. Other ways to get involved include visiting prisoners and writing letters.

SOUL Community

Every Friday at SOUL Church we serve a free hot meal to our community, including children. Why not pop in for a visit?

The A21 Campaign

As a church we also support The A21 Campaign, taking part in their annual Walk for Freedom. A21 aims to end human trafficking and modern day slavery through a combination of prevention through education and awareness, protection and restoration for victims, prosecution for traffickers and partnership with supporters. Find out more at www.a21.org .

To get involved in any of these areas, please email lia@soulchurch.com or sign up on Sunday at the info desk.
